Mark has just completed the painting of the inside of our entire 3-bedroom house. We are absolutely delighted with the quality of his work, his professional attitude and his reliability.
He set aside 2 weeks for the job which he completed over period of just 9 days. he was punctual – arriving at 8.00 am every morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day, sometimes assisted by Paul.
We were extremely impressed with their attention to detail. Special recyclable floor coverings were laid down (separate ones to protect the carpets and tile surfaces), every light switch and door handle was covered to avoid any paint splashes.
They helped us move the heavier furniture and worked systematically to ensure sufficient coats of paint were used to give an excellent finish.
In areas where replastering was required, Mark ensured this was done, sanding to a smooth finish.
I would not hesitate to recommend him, but you will need to book well in advance as his work is so professional that he is in high demand!

I first came across The Decorators Edge through a recommendation, which is apparently how he gets most of his work.
I needed a decorator to undertake a redecoration of the Vicarage of St Philips and St James Church Alderley Edge prior to the arrival of the new Vicar and to say I was impressed would be an understatement.
Time was short and Mark through his good relations with existing customers was able to Juggle his work to fit into our schedule.
The work was carried out to the highest standard at a competitive price.
To Mark the Customer is all that is important, provide an excellent service and you keep them for life, I can honestly say in my 50 years associated with the building industry that I have not come across a cleaner tidier worker, Polythene and dust sheets absolutely everywhere, which in truth is how it should be.
